wow what a week, what weekend!!

First I wish to thank all who helped make the Kidney Komedy Night a huge success last Thursday. We will be posting our total soon. Right now we have donations still rolling in and are still tallying things up. Just today I had a breakfast meeting with my friend Peter Skagen one of the top actors in town (when he is not out on location filming). A gentleman came over and commented on how much fun he had at the Kidney Komedy Night! It is nice when you can touch someone's life in such a positive way. It is always great to hear such comments!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend. Mine was a real blast! I had dinner at a comic buddy's place and a few other entertainer's were there. Good old times and an awesome dinner. Thanks to Clark and Darlene for an awesome evening. It was nice to see acts from around the world hanging out and having fun.

If you have been checking my site you may have noticed some exciting new changes on my booking page. I am now an independent artist. Well actualy I have always been an independent, self employed artist but now I have the freedom to produce my own shows with the professional help of my manager. (see my site for details).

What does this mean?
Now you can get Daryl Makk shows in more venues, more concert shows and shows for the public. We can also give you more personal attention when booking me as I now have a management team, that will coordinate my bookings as well as handle publicity for me and any event I may be a part of. If you are doing a fundraiser we can help get more attention for your event.
The time had come to leave my existing booking agency that had served me for many years and branch out to pursue bigger things on my own . No longer will I be just one of many comics buried in a huge roster, a number to fill an order. No. Now all shows we book can be tailor made and you will receieve the comic you need- Daryl Makk - with some personal attention to each and every event.

Even on this long weekend we have secured several Christmas bookings. If you have an event or know of any company or organization in need of a great show, contact us now NOW as the next few months are filling fast. I will try to update my show page as frequently as I can but there are a lot of projects I have on the go so my time is stretched right now.
Today we secured another retail outlet to sell my professionally produced CD "Herding the Sheeple".
