Well I finally got some time to do a new blog for all my fans and for the lurkers too. You know who you are!!

The Rocky Mountain Comedy Festival came to a wild and fun close this past weekend in Canmore Alberta. Over 20 comics, including myself, invaded the little mountain city and rocked the Rockies with laughter. I had a great time and had a chance to catch up with comic friends that I had not seen in some time.

The crowds were a little thin the first couple of nights at some of the venues but that is to be expected with a festival only in its second year. By the end of the week people were already talking about coming back to next year’s fest!!

With 20 comics hell bent on having a great time in an alpine Eden the fest was sure to create memories. Kelly Taylor’s party chant of “This just in! Drinking is more fun than NOT drinking!” became the phrase of the fest among the stand-ups! Not that we were all liquor pigs. Sometimes we slept!!...well, some of us.

As I write this I am in rain soaked Edmonton. Last night was fun as I headlined the awesome Comic Strip in the big mall. Tonight and tomorrow I will play the part of emcee and Kelly Taylor will headline.
This just in, being in Edmonton with Kelly is more fun than not being in Edmonton with Kelly!!
