While the rest of the country was in snow or cool cool temps Calgary was basking in a warm chinook wind with record temperatures today of +20 C (68F for you old school types)
I love this city for things just like that. November is almost over and we have shirt sleeve weather! Nice.

Other cities, like our capital, have a lot of hot air but it actually makes the people colder. LOL
It was nice to be out in all that sun and warmth today. Makes a body feel good. The rest of the week looks like it will be nice but I think we peaked today. Oh well there will be more.
Global waming?? Naw...its just a chinook!

i do miss the chinooks most in alberta....or at least a close second to the kananskis area which i remember as being real cowboy country!!
where one can experience those warm chinook breezes in the most amazing areas (:
