I am off to Edmonton to perform my showcase set for the Just for Laughs people.
I am looking forward to it as The comic strip is the best designed and best run club in western Canada...maybe the whole country?
It has 7 great things going for it
1) Location
2)Location
3) Location
4) friendly and helpful management that understand what comics want
5) a clean interior that seems like a Vegas style room and is set up properly and professionally
6) A great group of comics supporting it. No backstabbing guys trying to slow you down.
7) Did I mention a great location? Oh yeah..I did.
I am off to impress the JFL folks and have a very good friend with amazing show biz contacts along for the ride.
