CBC Radio's newest comedy program hits the air this week.
Every Thursday at 11:30am
and
Fridays at 7:30pm during the summer (and beyond) this half-hour variety show features standup, musical comedy and sketch troupes from coast to coast.
Calgary's "Comedy Monday Night" at Dickens pub was the first stop on the recording tour. While I am not sure how much of our taping will make it to air, reports have come in that the quality of the Calgary show was superb. Hey with the best host in the biz, ME, of course we had a good taping!!
I am not sure how much of our taping will be on this week but with the amount they recorded there should be several Calgary spots airing over the summer.

Tune in each week for a bit of Canada's 'newest stars in comedy'. Also please support all live comedy rooms where ever you can. There are many places in this country to get your comedy fix and the comics want to see you in all of them!!
